FIRST HALF OF THE PLAY: Champions League Match

Juventus completely dominated the first half of the play, using their 3-5-2 formation to their advantage. From the start of the game it was clearly visible that Juventus had a plan of attacking and taking the lead and it did work for them, wherein Barcelona made attempts to equalise the game before Cristiano Ronaldo scoring on penalty (13′).

Then Weston McKennie found himself all alone to change it to 0-2 (20′). After  two-goal deficit, Barcelona absolutely lost it and did not create chances atleast to show some fighting spirit.

SECOND HALF OF THE PLAY: Champions League Match

Koeman brought on Martin Braithwaite to try and change things, but Clément Lenglet was called for a handball in the box and Cristiano Ronaldo scored his second penalty to make it 3-0 to completely crush the hopes of the opponents.

The rest of the half, Barcelona were desperate to score but the co- ordination between the players were missing as well they were not able to get thru Juventus’s  defensive players.

After final whistle match ended with Juventus winning it. Fans were expecting the match to be a tough one, but Juventus made it look very easy for them.
