I don’t know who these experts are. I don’t understand why they are called experts.
They are watching the game from outside, they don’t know what’s going on inside.

We have a thought process. We make a team, there is a of discussion behind that, a lot of thinking behind that.
Boys are backed, they are given chances so all these things are not known to the outside people.
Therefor, it doesn’t matter to me what is going on on the outside, What is going on inside is important to me. if you talk about form, everyone has ups and downs.
They quality of the player never gets degraded so we should always keep this in mind while commenting on such things that the quality of the player never fades away.

That quality is backed because that players has that quality and we see that quality and back the player. This has happened with me, happened with XYZ and it happened with everyone so there is nothing new in it.
When a player has performed well consistently for a long time then it should not be ignored with 1-2 series or 1-2 years.
People take time to understand that but we who are in the team and the ones who are managing the team know the importance of that. So I will only request the outside people, I mean they have all the rights to talk about it but for us it doesn’t matter that much.
