Rohit Sharma : We all know that his hunger and his passion is unmatchable. Every time you see him, he comes out with different energy all the time. And his experience, I mean, so many games he’s played for India, you cannot just go and buy those games in the market. It happens through the struggles, through the tough situations and all of that. So, yeah, I think it’s a big achievement. He is just taking his game… Every time we see him, his game seems to be at a different level.
Ravindra Jadeja : Virat, obviously, I’ve played with him since Under 19. I’ve said this in interviews before, that no matter what the match is, whether it’s a league phase, a knockout, or a final match, he always plays that match with so much energy that every match is important for him. So, seeing him, our energy is high that he’s working so hard in the field, he’s diving, he’s saving runs. So, according to that, everyone’s morale is boosted. So, as a player, I see Virat that his team’s energy is very high, whether it’s in the dressing room or in the batting, he’s positive in the field as well.
KL Rahul : The impact he’s created on Indian cricket and world cricket has just been massive. It speaks so highly of not just his skill, but also how he’s kept himself fit and how he’s always had that hunger to win games and play for the country and always compete against the best team, always put himself in difficult situations. So, it made us realise that we can always push the boundaries, push the barrier and try and be better in terms of skill, in terms of what skill we have, if we add good fitness, and if you become fit individuals, your skill level also goes up. So, that’s something that he’s been able to achieve himself and also inspired the team and his teammates around him to do that.
Surya Kumar Yadav : To play that amount of cricket itself is a big achievement, leave the record aside and people will remember this feat for the longest time because I don’t see in the near future this happening very often.
