On 5th Feb 2021, BCCI has announced squad for the 1st ODI which will be played on Sunday the 6th Feb 2022, at Narendra Modi Stadium.

Surprisingly BCCI secretary and selection committee has announced the squad only for the 1st ODI after the squad announcement for the entire series of West Indies tour of India, 2021-22 and they made it available the public before the Match.

Also IPL found Shahrukh Khan has been added to the squad for the 1st ODI, Along with Shahrukh Khan, Ishan Kishan has been included in the squad for the 1st ODI.

Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, Avesh Khan, Ishan Kishan, Shahrukh Khan.
