On 23rd April 2022, SRH played against RCB where they outgunned RCB in all three segments.
SRH won the Toss and chose to bowl first and made RCB bat first.
However SRH’s exceptional seam attack did not give any opportunity to the RCB players to score runs.
They were exceptional in all three segments of the game and ensured a win in the end.
Jansen the south african bowler made an impact in his first over and took 3 wickets in his first over of the game and two of the wickets includes best players in the world cricket.
Jansen bowled out FAF du Plessis and the former Indian skipper Virat Kohli lost his wicket on the first ball he faced and got out caught in the slips.

Jansen also took the wicket of Rawat, the new inclusion in the RCB side from the Under 19 squad of Team India.
Fall of wickets in the first 5 five overs of the game and most importantly top order batsman has created so much pressure for RCB players who were next in the line.
Dinesh Karthik who was having a wonderful IPL 2022 got out on 0 runs.
RCB did not stand still in front of SRH pace attack and fielding which got them all out of 68 runs.
SRH players have played some exceptional cricket be it in the field , Bowling and batting.
Jansen has taken 3 wickets, Natarajan has taken 3 wickets, Sucheeth 2 wickets and Umran Malik and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar one wicket each,
SRH opening pair Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson played their part with the bat and took their team home.

SRH is at the second number in table rankings with highest NRR(Net Run Rate) in the tournament for now.
If Sunrisers perform the same way we may see them lifting the TATA IPL 2022 this year.
