Not just between me and Ajinkya Rahane but between the whole team the comradery and relation is based on trust , I’m very well aware that all of us are working towards one goal which is to make India win.
Virat Kohli About Ajinkya Rahane on the field relation – I would like to mention that Ajinkya Rahane fulfilled his responsibility in Australia with flying colours and it is amazing to see how he led the team towards victory which is always been our goal, between me and Ajinkya Rahane things we always enjoyed batting with each other it’s quite evident on the field we enjoy each other’s company and it;s just a mutual respect and bonding which is more than on the cricket field. We do chat off it as well we stay in touch and it’s based on trust.
Between Virat Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane on the field he is always been someone always and always had the capability, Space and the capacity where he could come and given us his inputs at different stages of the game and we do have discussions on the field as to where the game is heading i do go and discuss a lot of things with him to get more clarity and a different perspective other than me focusing on team plans and that’s how we work together, that is the massive reason for success of indian cricket team in the test format.that partnership and that comradery will continue be the same as it has been the mindset for him and me and the entire team remains to take indian cricket forward and lead the indian cricket team towards victory it will continue in the same manner.
